What happens after I schedule a consultation call?
Once you schedule your consultation, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a calendar invite so you can easily add it to your schedule. I’ll also send a reminder the day before our call. After we speak, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed and a link to submit your planning fee so I can begin designing your personalized itinerary.
Do you book flights, hotels, and tours—or just provide recommendations?
I handle it all—flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. If requested, I can also include curated dining recommendations to enhance your trip even more.
Can you work with my budget, or do you only plan luxury trips?
While I specialize in luxury travel, I’m happy to work within your budget. During our consultation, I’ll provide a ballpark estimate based on what I’m seeing for your desired destination. If your trip involves more complex logistics or coordination with partners, I may need a bit more time to confirm a price range.
What if I need to make changes to my trip after it’s booked?
I’m here to support you if your plans change. I’ll assist with any necessary updates to your itinerary—just note that some changes may involve fees from airlines, hotels, or other vendors.
Do you charge a fee if I decide not to move forward after the consultation?
There’s no charge if you decide not to move forward after our initial consultation. However, once the planning fee is paid, it becomes non-refundable. If you later choose to book the trip on your own or are comparison shopping, I retain the fee as compensation for the time and research invested in creating your personalized itinerary.
